Staff were accommodating and helpful at any hour!!

The property was quiet, offered cosy and spotless rooms. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect position close enough to Bendigo, and a local pub. It also was on the outskirts of town.

i recently stayed in saint arnaud for a crab fest and it totally exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and spotless, with a super comfy queen bed and cozy electric blankets for the chilly nights. the staff were friendly and the place just felt nice and clean.

the staff seemed a bit tired.

Our recent city trip stay was great! The room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and provided us with helpful information about the surrounding area, making exploring the town easy. The location was ideal, being close to many local attractions. We particularly enjoyed the hot shower and comfortable beds.

There was very little milk and coffee provided in the room, so we had to ask for more. when we checked out late, we were charged a high fee for an extra day's stay, which seemed a little steep considering we were the only guests there.
